"Honestly, the selection just wasn’t there"
I get that not every place is going to have a huge variety, and it’s not even about that. It just felt like there really wasn’t much to choose from at all, which was disappointing

"Shipping delay and poor updates"
My order took way longer than expected to arrive, and the tracking updates were slow and not very helpful. By the time it finally showed up, I was already frustrated. I feel like this should’ve been handled better, or at least communicated more clearly along the way. Not a great experience overall

I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them. Every time there’s an issue, it feels like nobody wants to take ownership or actually help resolve it. You just get passed around, and nothing really gets handled.

"Didn’t realize it was final sale until too late"
I wish the final sale note had been a little more obvious before checkout. It’s a good reminder for me to slow down and double-check the details, but I think making that clearer would help shoppers feel more confident about what they’re buying.

I didn’t really think much about the packaging until I opened it, but everything arrived in good shape. The box felt sturdy and the items were protected well, so based on that experience, I’d say the packaging was solid overall.

"Promo details could’ve been clearer"
The discount looked great at first, but once I got to checkout, a bunch of extra rules suddenly showed up. It felt a little misleading and was annoying. This seems totally preventable if the promo details were just made clear upfront.

"I had an issue with my order, so..."
I had an issue with my order, so I emailed Steals.com thinking it would be a simple fix. Instead, I just waited around and never got a real response. I tried following up a few days later too, and still nothing useful. At this point, my brain just files that under “if they already have your money, good luck.” Maybe that’s not always fair, but when customer service goes silent, that’s the shortcut I make. Super frustrating, i don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"Refund is taking forever"
I’ve been waiting weeks for my refund and I’m still waiting. Every time I reach out to support, they just tell me to be patient, but it’s getting really frustrating at this point.

"I’ve ordered a few things from steals.com..."
I’ve ordered a few things from steals.com, and the deals have been hit or miss for me. A couple of items were genuinely a good price, especially when I caught a sale at the right time.
But there were other times where I felt a little misled because the price looked great at first, then shipping made it almost the same as buying somewhere else. It’s not a terrible site, but I’d definitely compare totals before checking out

The checkout went through without any trouble, and my card was charged exactly what I expected, which I appreciated. I remember feeling a bit relieved when I saw the familiar secure payment page, because that always makes me feel like I can relax a little.
That said, I do wish the payment protection details had been easier to find before I paid. I had this small moment of hesitation where I started clicking around to make sure everything was safe, and that stuck with me a bit. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just not especially confidence-boosting either.

Everything matched what I ordered, which almost feels like a small miracle these days. It did show up a bit late, because apparently being on time would’ve been too easy, but at least the order itself was correct

"App keeps freezing and my cart disappeared"
I’ve had the app freeze on me at checkout, and my cart has completely vanished twice now. It’s really frustrating, especially when I’ve already spent time picking everything out. This needs to be fixed, and there should be some accountability when glitches like this waste customers’ time.

"Prices feel unfair and no one really listened"
I found the prices way too high for what I was getting. I even asked about cheaper options or any kind of flexibility, but that basic request was pretty much ignored. It was frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just something more reasonable.

"Items Show as Available, Then Disappear"
Shopping here was frustrating. I found a few items that were listed as in stock, added them to my cart, and thought everything was good to go.
Then a little later, those same items were either removed or suddenly marked unavailable. Since it happened more than once, it really seems like the inventory information is not being updated properly.

I get that stock can change, but it feels like a waste of time when you think you’ve found a good deal and then it just vanishes. Maybe others have better luck, but personally, I don’t think I’ll bother checking again
